Why hasn't there been a law passed yet to stop Mondays? Hasn't this days tyranny went on long enough? Hasn't it loomed at us from the shadows of the weekend, taunting us even on Fridays with the thought of 'dear lord, monday is coming up soon!!'
If you ask me, THIS is the biggest threat to our nation and, more importantly, the sanity of this nation's population. Mondays are such villaneous and vile evil things - they use their power to begin the cycle of our slow disintegration of a calm and relaxed state of mine. Mondays start work weeks, school weeks, deadlines and night classes.
Oh will the pain EVER end?!
The reason for such a tantrum should be evident - I have a Monday night class.
Speech 100 no less. Every Monday night from now on till the end of the semester you can find me, Amanda, sitting with a blank and listless look as she listens to the drones of her fellow blank and listless classmates drawl on and on and on about the most meaningless of topics created under the blue sky.
Claudette is forcing me to hurry this entry. I must away to the forsaken Monday night class. Oh, the angst!
