What exactly do you call someone's ex-boyfriend when their still friends with that person? An ex-boyfriend-friend?

On another note, I'd like to post a little email (which turned into a letter later in everyone's mailboxes) that my university sent everyone.

If you download or distribute copyrighted materials using EKU's Internet connection, you are at risk to face judicial sanctioning or appropriate disciplinary action including loss of Internet privileges and possible criminal/civil action for intellectual property theft. EKU has recently been notified by Warner Brothers, a division of Time Warner Entertainment Co. (mediaforce.com), Business Software Alliance (www.bsa.org) and Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation (mediaforce.com) that users of our network are pirating software, music and movies using peer-to-peer software including, but not limited to, Kazaa and Morpheus. The transmission or storage of all reproduced, distributed, altered, enhanced and/or manipulated copyrighted material must have the prior written permission of the copyright holder. Downloading or distributing in the absence of a license is a violation of the copyright which can subject you to prosecution by these entities. If ITDS is notified that your account is engaging in unauthorized activities, your Internet connection will be immediately disabled. For students, the claim will be forwarded to Student Judicial Affairs for adjudication. For faculty or staff, the claim will be forwarded to the Computing and Communications Ethics Committee for review and recommendation on appropriate disciplinary action. If the violations continue, you are at risk of losing your internet connection through EKU permanently and you may face further administrative penalties up to and including expulsion from the university or termination of your employment as well as criminal/civil penalties. As part of the process when you were assigned an e-mail account, you agreed to Eastern's Code of Ethics for Computing and Communications (located on the web at ), it is important that you be familiar with this information. You are responsible for the use of your computer, regardless of whether you were the user at the time of the violation. To protect yourself, you may need to add passwords to restrict access. You need to exit from sensitive programs whenever you leave your computer unattended. If you require assistance in protecting your computer, contact the Consultant on Duty at 2-3000.

So yes, we are no longer supposed to use KaZaa or Morpheus to download MP3s or pirated material. So there goes my leisure activities of the evenings.
Seriously though, this is a bitch of a descion, isn't it? I mean now I can't use the blasted thing to download ANY mp3s - and most of the shit I was downloading was hard to find bands (October Project, Ladytron, Roller Girl, Bitch and Animal, Frou Frou) or bands that are not over in america (Bonnie Pink is one example).

Anyhow, I have to actually go to class now. Today's classes are 'Psychology of Sexuality' and 'Japanese 101'.
Damn I love my schedule.
