Have I mentioned that when I get something on my mind, I become almost neurotic and obsessive about it until I finally do it. It doesn't matter if I am happy with the final outcome of this thing/action. It just matters that I actually get it done.
Right now, my obsession is a haircut. Yes I know I obsess about this a lot! My hair is an unruly mass of...hair on my head! It will not listen to reason. Observe:
Me: Long hair in the front of my face that used to be bangs and is now growing out, could both of you curve AWAY from my face rather than one of you curving and the other day humping my eye?
Long bang things: No! Fuck you, Amanda! One of us will do one thing and one of use will do another thing! We WANT you to look like a silly idiot. YOU SHALL NOT OPRESS US!
Me: KUSO!*
So Claudette brought up the fact that she needed a haircut. As you'll remember several entries back, I made her a bet that I would cut my hair all over to 2-3 inches if she would too.
She has thus balked the offer and mentioned getting a different haircut. At an actual hair-styling type place.
I'm the 5 buck haircut kinda girl. But I think for 30 bucks, I could be happy if I got a hairdo I'm actually proud of for once.
At any rate, I need to clean up my room some and go get a few things. And find good examples of the haircut I want. And go get my hair lopped off at a funny angle and wear hats for the rest of the semester.
